At BaliRoo we quickly realised there is a hesitation from tourists to pay upfront for services and deals prior to their visit to Bali. You do not pay a cent until you are in Bali and you are using the service you have booked.

How We Got Started
BaliRoo Travel is a creation of a duo, one Australian and one Balinese. With a deep love for Bali, its gorgeous landscapes and beautiful people, we want tourists to feel secure knowing they are talking to locals from both countries.
As an Australian, Bianca understands the hesitations which come with pre-booking your holiday activities (and those pesky credit card surcharges and booking fees - right!?). And so Bianca created the BaliRoo no cost service.
As a Balinese local working in tourism for over 20 years, Kadek has the knowledge, the contacts and the resources to bring the best of Bali to you. Personally he is determined, accomodating, trustworthy, has a wealth of knowledge and always goes above-and-beyond to ensure the best customer service is provided.
Bianca and Kadek understand many tourist are travelling to a foreign country for the first time and might be hesitant to pay upfront and full of apprehension.
And for those revisiting the “Island of the Gods” post-covid your previous driver or tours don’t seem the same; are no longer in contact; or require some payment upfront… this is why BaliRoo was created.
